"We began using PT Billing Associates in the summer of 2022. Doreen and her team have been amazing. We have scheduled Zoom calls with Doreen and my office to address any billing questions the therapists may have. Doreen and I started with weekly meetings to discuss any questions either of us had, then transitioned to 1-2 meetings a month to continue addressing billing scenarios, among other topics. Doreen and her team possess the knowledge and experience to assist with any billing issues, insurance questions, or anything else in the field. Our office provides pediatric and adult physical therapy, occupational therapy, women's health, and more.
